Chronic Pain

I spend a great deal of time dealing with a lot of physical pain. Ranging from joint pain that comes from getting old, things not staying "stacked" naturally due to being hit by a car, exhaustion, and migraines that I jokingly call "the monster behind my eyes". On good days although coupled with stress, I can feel that monster stir.....can feel the slow pressure build up, the inflammation of the muscles around my left eye to curling up in my bed. Wimpering and feeling the nerves around my eyes twitching. I'm hoping tonight is the last night I deal with the aftermath of discomfort and I am able to trust myself to work on my pastel again. Time for bed. Goodnight.
